Some of the most fascinating and promising areas of African centered research are the islands of the Pacific. The three islands spheres of the Pacific are Melanesia (the Black islands), Micronesia (the small islands) and Polynesia (the small islands). Melanesia has the most Africoid looking people but if you look at some of the islands of Micronesia and Polynesia you see physical characteristics that make it clear that these were places once inhabited by children of Africa.
